Cancellation policy

Cancellation by Atharva by Rohan Ventures

There may be certain instances where Atharva by Rohan Ventures is unable to accept or process an order. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order at any stage. Reasons for cancellation may include, but are not limited to, limitations on product availability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, suspected fraudulent activity, or issues identified during order verification.

In some cases, we may request additional information from the customer to successfully process an order. If your order is cancelled fully or partially, or if additional details are required, you will be duly informed via the registered contact details.

Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order only before it has been shipped to the provided delivery address. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase. In cases where the original debit/credit card is no longer active or usable, the refund may be issued via cheque. Once initiated, the refunded amount will be credited to your account or dispatched through cheque as applicable.

Failed Transactions

In the event that the payment amount has been deducted from your account but the transaction was unsuccessful, the deducted amount will be refunded to your account at the earliest possible time.
